you find someone you dont like on the server and you call a vote, and hopefully a majority says yes, then that person gets kicked.

Well, if you cheat, you can use the syntax "kick <bot-name>" in the console. That's the kick proposed by Lightsaberboy.
Bot names are the names you see in the Add Bot dialog.
e.g. Kyle, Luke, Obi-WonVM, Jar-Jar, Mon_Mothma, Cheshire_Vader and others
