Star Wars EU question

I have read most of the EU books, except for the ones for kids. In the NJO there are 2 new Star Destroyers the Elegos A'kla and the Mon Mothma. I know how Elegos died but I don't ever remember reading how Mon Mothma died.

Winters pretty cool. She has that perfect memory ability. Even without the Force.

Winter is still there. In NJO she is with Akbar on Mon Calamari, Akbar is old and Winter is helping to take care of him.

Destiny's Way it came out earlier this month. It was pretty good, there is a lot about Jacen coming back from the Vong.
