Compile won't make a .nav

When I compile my map, Radiant won't make a .nav.... this is a problem right? When I test out my map using the "devmap" method the map works fine, but whne I put it into a .pk3, the map doesn't load up... how do I get Raidant to make a .nav?

.nav files are made automatically when you run a map in SP. The compiler does not make them.

Only when in SP, no MP?
