Hmm, tough question. I guess my absolute favourite RPG ever would be Zelda : A Link to the Past.
Other favourites include Morrowind, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale and Deus Ex.
Played Diablo II and Dungeon Siege for a while too, but they both got very dull after a certain amount of time.
I want to pick up Planescape : Torment some day, I hear it's excellent.
im not that much into rpg“s. weird if u ask me as im really lookin forward to kotor :D
my played rpg“s: diablo and deus ex.

Well, I've played all the Zelda games(never really knew they counted as RPG's, so I guess I've played more than I thought), and they were all great, my favourite out of them was also A Link to the Past.
But I think without a doubt my favourite RPG was Final Fantasy VII. Really, really liked that game.
Welcome to Starwarsknights.com Reb!
I'd ask you to post a bunch but I know that's not your thing, so enjoy looking around. :p :D

Speaking of Zelda, I completed Zelda : Link's Awakening for the umpteenth time at my cabin during the vacation. Excellent, excellent game.
I'm thinking about buying a GBA soon and the Zelda games I don't have yet.
*buys Zelda: Link to the Past for GBA*
*plays for awhile*
*awakens several hours later, with a dead GBA and no progress*
I'm sorry, I'm terribly sorry...
But I don't recommend that game for GBA. Might have been good on an SNES, but not GBA, it sucks.
*shakes head*

I liked Diablo and Diablo II. Then I played NWN and was like this is what a RPG should be. So now I expect more than just hack and slash.
Oh yeah, I still like Diablo(and DII).
I also liked FF7 when I first played it. FF8 sucked. Though I thought it's animated sequences were the best of FF7, 8 and 9.

Well then, Knights is in good hands it sounds like. I'm happy that Bioware is on the job. :)
