firsttime npcs.cfg work

I'm having some trouble and wondering if maybe someone with more experience could look at this for me. I've made some changes to the default npcs.cfg and am trying to make it work as a .pk3
the link is to the .pk3, just change the extension from .zip

it's a bunch of stupid changes but i'm trying to get my feet wet.
any help is appreciated.

looks ok to me, except for the fact that changing the saber color on the Kyle NPC will only change the saber color in the cutscenes not in the SP player character.

What kind of problems are you having?

nothing seems to change, the sabercolor bit i know from trial and error now.

i set dismemberment to 100 for everyone,
it doesn't seem to affect anything.

i lowered players health, no difference.

does it work for you?

Haven't tried it. I just checked out the file.

Maybe you should try running it in a mod dir.
