It's probably one of those retarded statements where something that shouldn't be a compliment becomes one.

Examples:

Bad (Are you a bad enough dude to rescue the president?)

Rapes (Dude, this ice cream rapes. It's the best I've ever had.)

Runs on Linux (Dude, Windows sucks! If all you want to do is play Quake 3, it runs on linux, you know.)
