I have tried opening the original game scripts with Behave ED

but the file that opens is blank :confused:

Is there any way at all that i can find out
what each script for characters in game does.

the reason is
i want to be able to add scripts to some NPCs in my map
like you hear them talking or something
but cant really know what a script does just by its vague description in the entity window
Angerscript mikeg/checkrun3

it sort of tells you what it might do
but for all i know the NPC might go mad and jump up and down ROFL :D

Dont really want to sort through them all and test each one

Well, you must open the uncompiled script sources. They are in a text format, so you can open them even in Notepad and read them also that way. There's no more magic in this business. All the original scripts came with the JK2 Editing Tools (maybe the second packet if not the first).
