Hey, I'm wondering when will the users be able to get Glowy Custom user texts? Ya know....like Rhetts? Or are we going to be able to? and if so, how much will it cost?

I have a feeling that tells me.....don't count on it. I think that it is just one of the perks of being an admin [among others :)].

It's just a little quirk that exists because admins can edit user profiles and insert html. That reminds me, I wanted to put a small flash game for my new avatar.

What's more evil than a marquee? Nothing.

And would this flash game.... involve a handsome, wise man named ZBomer, and he marries Natalie Portman? :D

I personally disliked the glowy user text, it would look better if we could add hexidecimal colours to it. :)

They added a new feature so you can get rid of the glow if you want :)

Have you noticed how some of the things in the store have never been bought?

Add Calendar Event
Give another user a custom title
Change Custom Title

I think there should be; 'add color to user text'.

Maybe even setting that as customizable in the control panel, or do it the same as the glow, where 50 credits changes it.

I think more people would like that more than a Calender event. :)

Well, the last 2, is because no one has that much credits. :D
The admins gotta have some fun. I think they will keep that an admin exclusive for awhile.... :(

Custom User Text:
This is the title that appears beneath your name on your posts.
You may enter up to 25 characters.
Check the reset box if you wish to use the the default title for your usergroup and post count.
HTML is not allowed. You can't use vB code with the [color] tags in your user text, I think that should be added to the store. Someone could have a red glowing name, and a dark red custom user text. Glowing user text is just too much. :p

It'll look a little messed up having a glowy name and glowy user text in the same area. If they had the moderator part glowy instead, it would look cool.

Maybe if you spent or post a certain amount of times in a forum you can have 'Position: Regular' :p

Meh, Netscape sucks. :p

I think glowy usertext is a bad idea, might aswell leave things as they are.

well the glowing usernames is popular, i don't think anyone will be taking away the whole glow system now :D

plus eventhough netscape sucks a lot of people still use it, which is why i had to redesign my site so it would be compatible... bleah

You mean make it web standards compliant? ...You should make it like that anyway...a lot of people don't use IE.

True, but don't diss Mozilla! I'm using right now! :)

Oh, and Mozilla can't see the glowy names either.:(

Aha! I just thought no one was buying the glowy user names! I use Opera and never see them. BTW, Opera lets me disallow/allow popups at the touch of a button (or two).... handy in the forums.

Maybe I'll jump on in IE one day to see the glowy usernames.
