I think there is Triple Play Baseball 2003 out for the computer. i have Triple Play 2001, which is a pretty fun game. :)

The "High Heat" baseball series is the best PC baseball sim IMO

world series baseball 2k3, and all-star baseball 2003 are the best IMO. new versions of them should be coming out soon.
