The first movie I remember on the big screen was the jungle book.
Disney's version.

And I was blown away by that,

I was about 5 years old.

I remember Carnosaur, Ghostbusters, The Lion King, and Hocus Pocus.
That last one freaked me out when I was little, even though it was supposed to be funny.

Batman, the first one with Keaton as Batman and the Joker. I got that from my library every week until I wrecked the film. So I checked out the other copy... :D

Also, the 'Spider Movie', which was what I called Raiders of the Lost Ark. I only got to the part where he escapes from the Amazon, because I only 4 or 5 and it was too deep for me after that....

The first movie I remeber seeing was "Gremlins" (the 2st one mind you). I was scared sh*tless over that movie. Now when I watch it, I realize it was actually a comedy.....

My mom says Batman used to be my favorite movie when I was a kid, like around 2-4. Although I doubt I understood what was going on.

i saw lots of disney movies...but the first one that i really liked was The Fox and the Hound. I also remember seeing Yoda give his words of wisdom in ESB when I was no older than 4 or 5. I had no clue what that was at all...until about 4 years later I saw the star wars movies and I was like OMG OMG I RECONIZE THAT GREEN THING!!!!!!

The first movie I ever went to was RotJ, but I was too young to remember. The first movie I actually remember seeing was some 3D cartoon that my parents took me to when I was very little. I don't even remember what the name of it was, but I was completely in awe of my 3D glasses ;)

I think Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope was the one that left the first long lasting memory, but I believe the first movie I was taken to see was Walt Disney's Jungle Book.

Funnily enough (and I see a lot of other people have posted this too lol), Star Wars: A New Hope was one of the first films I ever remember seeing. Others that I watched when I was very little were films called Mac and Me, ET, Flight of a Navigator and Batteries not Included. You've probably never even heard of half of those films lol. They were 70s and 80s movies, my Dad loved them so I did:Dlol

Can't remember my exact first movie but I can recall a bunch of movies that I watched when I was small...

Ninja Turtles- The trilogy :p
Star Wars- My uncle forced me to watch these, I thank God that he did. (I had lots of questions while watching these movies. For example- "Uncle Steven, is the death star in return of the jedi the same death star from a new hope?". The Long dialogue scene between the Tarkin and Imperial Command in A New Hope was impossible for me to watch, it was so damn boring. The ONLY fun part was watching Vader Force choke that bratty little Officer :p Now I love watching and listening to the whole thing. Seeing the old dude in the Grand Admiral Uniform is also very cool.)
Batman- The first one
Gremlins- I had this strange fascination for the 2nd one O_o
Killer Clowns from Outer Space- One of the cheesest and low budget horror films of the 80's, and I became terrified of Clowns because of it...
Terminator 2- Hell ya, I always loved this movie :D I was watching the movie at a friend's house. My dad came to pick me up and in his hands was a leather jacket just like the one "the Terminator" wore...That was awesome for a 5 year old)
Rocky Horror Show- I had MANY MANY questions about this movie (My next door neighbors had a large collection of horror movies, I'm not too sure how I ended up seeing this one O_o)

Ya that's all I can remember right now....
