Personal Luke

Hi there, i´ve been working in some skins for The Luke Skywalker Skin Project, so i recently decided to do a personal skin of Luke for me. I´ve made him based on the Dark Empire Luke, which uses a modified Darth Vader costume. What i want to know is whether or not i should release this to the public. :)

I would he looks pretty cool and whether or not there are loads of people who want it there will be quite a few who will enjoy it. Will it take over the normal luke?

It will not overwrite the default Luke.
Iam glad u like it and ur probably right :) , but this is also a good way to get some feedback :D

Looks good, i would release it, who knows someone might like it and keep it. :D Anyway good job with the skin and keep up with the good work with your other stuff.:D

This is the 2nd version of Darth Luke, he has a different hair style, and also some face changes iam still working on. I´ve also decided to include a special skin in the pack iam still deciding what it will be.

I presume ur talking about the mod, well it will be released as soon as the other mod is as i said in the thread iam trying to make it the more quickly i can :)

if i remember correctly your releasing it not to replace luke :( luke attire is just the slightest bit too plain as is so i thought your skin woulda gave it a little bit of oompf sorta thing

Oh sorry crowy i really thought u were talking about the mod, i apologise, well the skin is almost done i only need to make team and bot support which is pretty simple as well as the special skin that will be included. About replacing Luke, my idea is not replace default Luke but i guess i can include a .pk3 to replace it so ppl can choose what they want ;)

No offence at your work however, I believe that we need a new Luke Model to get the true likeness of him.

Hey this skin looks great!!! I hope you plan on releasing this. And as far as needed a new model please this skin captures the likeness from the cover of dark empire completely. The only think that you could possibly do to make this even better is to have a modeler make a cloak for him. Ive been working with the luke model trying to make a cloak but its not easy. But anyways great work hope to see it soon!

Its rare that I see a skin or model that I love. This is one of them. I'm very pleased that someone has decided to focus a little bit on EU. I'm sick of prequels getting all of the attention.
