Cursors?

Does anyone know of a free program that lets you make cursors? (ani, cur)

i think that .cur is just a renamed icon...i haven't seen any util like that though. you should check out www.webattack.com. it has a lot of free utilities.

I have CursorXP (http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=25). It comes with lots of cursors, and you can download more off the site above, but I don't know if it lets you make your own.
