Yeah it's fun for a while, but it's definately not professional :) Stay afway from the filters after your experimental phase, only use them if you really can add a nice touch with it.

Allways start with original images (like the terminator pics) and add a little txt and see what you can improve, but don't use too many filters!!

And I recommend using Paint Shop Pro and preferably Photoshop first, before getting into Ulead Gif Animator or a similar program...

There must be some great tutorials for both Paint Shop Pro (PSP) and PhotoShop (PS) online... just use google to find them :)

Free your mind ;)

I have PSP6 there is under file something called animation shop it has an animation and banner wizard. very easy to use. in PSP you have under image and color all kinds of stuff to play with. when you get your eventual images the way you want them go to animation shop. my avi is 4 images an aniated gif. I made them in PSP6 and then used to animated wizard to make the gif, it was not hard, if you want help PM or email me and I will help. my email is user name sinistereggplant. I have hotmail and yahoo and 3web accounts go to sinistereggplant@hotmail.com one I check more regualrly. I started a post in the star wars cantina called sta wars spangled banner. that's what I wanted that thread to be. a place to share art techniques. anyhow glad to help if I can.
