A few months ago a friend of mine recommended this book to me. I picked it up and a couple of weeks ago, I finally got around to starting it.

The following excerpt is from the book's conclusion and I thought it was pretty damn spiffy, so I'm sharing it here:

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with any of the names he provided, however it is comforting to know that he appears to be taking science seriously.

He covers a range of topics in his discussion with Roger Bingham. I especially enjoyed the update on The Reason Project, but I did think this would be a great introduction for anyone not familiar with Mr. Harris.
