The avs can be 70x70 right

yes. make sure the avatar is not too big in size as well. (big animation .gifs)
if your avatar wont fit in you can post it here for some enhancements (lower file size and resolution)

That´correct. Also when you make it animated it can be no larger then 20kb. ;)
