Way to go!, that sounds vaguely familiar :D, i felt the same way when i read the joan of arc tutorial hehe.
i've tryed that tutorial much times but i always have to stop when you have to do the meshsmooth because my 3dsmax makes more smooth the mesh than how it should be :S
Dude never use meshsmooth for games ;).
i know but in the tutorial you have to do it
I don't do meshsmooth, i export as an obj into ZBrush and do normal maps.
You ever use Zbrush Psyko? |
Yeah i'm just getting started with it, very powerful tool for sculpting, but i never used it for normal maps...getting there ;).
Yeah, I feel like I'm just getting started with it, I can normal map and that's about it.
Crazy powerful tool. So unique, but the interface is a pain if you are used to max. |
