The EU or Expanded Universe in Star Wars Terminology refers to the series of books, video games, comics, etc. etc. that are not the movies of Star wars, but are condoned by Lucas to exist.

Rhen Var is a planet I'm assuming that was made up in some book or other, though somebody else would have to explain where it is / what it's purpose was.

It was in the Clone Wars game. It was a very "Special Planet" with the force.

Thats right, It was in the first Clone Wars game. I believe its in some books too, or comics. Either way it was a level in the first Clone Wars game.
