Happy New Year!
The New Year is sooo overrated.
Happy New Year anyway! :) |
Go on then, resolution time, go on, share with us, what you gonna fail to do this year? I'm gonna save money, before christmas I was completely broke, my parents gave me £100 for Christmas, I've spent £30 of it so far, so that's definately going well. I may get a job in the new year, but I aint promising nothing.
Oh, and Happy New Year! |
Happy new year, I guess. Although I can't understand why we should celebrate the new YEAR on one particular day. I mean a year takes a year, right? so why celebrate it on 1 day, why not all the year round?
We don't - we celebrate the NEW year, not the new YEAR. ;
Ah yes how silly of me
That's what you get for being 16.
Happy new YOLD 3172!
i toasted to health. i.e. not slipping on the icy pavement and breaking my arm. didn't work out.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Heh, merry year, everyone.
Does anyone else think 2005 was really short? |
Yeah, I think it felt a bit shorter than usual.
It was actually slightly longer. By a second. A leap second was added to the end of the year.
But we're actually talking about perceptions: 2005 felt long to me. It probably did for a lot of people. All that suffering and hardship and such. |
Mother earth didn't have a very good year last year, what with the earthquakes and all, I'm guessing she found it a bit long.
new years resolution: avoid any crappy scheme to get more money by Boots(TM) (i.e "choose one thing for your resolution with boots for only £9.99!) anyone from UK will know what i mean.... ¬¬
Is that really a resolution, or is it something you've been doing all your life?
1024x768 is my New Year's resolution.
I swear you made that same joke last year.
I swear last year you were jealous for not pulling that one, too.
I swear it's still bad...
I swear, everytime I read your one of your funny posts I *must* remember the following phrase:
"the kernel.org admin team has deemed it necessary to redirect all of these offers to our faithful mail sorting program: /dev/null" Don't know why, though. |
. . .

Not a Sony?
What's the difference?
Well, "classic" is both a noun or an adjective, describing that it's aged, yet still good, and Sony is a Japanese electronics company. The difference margin is notable.
It's spelled in a different way, too.
Happy new year! (Am I late?)
