JO to JA models

I really want this model:

Your best chance would be to ask the author. Compiling it for JO should be quick and easy for him...for modders without the max file it would require more work.

Have you actually tried it yet? I've used a few models for JO that were made for JA and they worked.

A model that is made for the JA skeleton will not work in JO. Perhaps you mean a skin rather than a model.
