Original disc could not be found or authenticated
 

I recently purchased psychonauts, installed it, got the patch, and I am getting this error.

As best as I can tell this is not a bootlegged copy. I bought it in a store, the discs lack any marker or tape for the labeling.

Do you have any advice? I will probably try reinstalling tonight when I have time.

Probably reinstalling's your best bet. If you're running Vista, I wouldn't be surprised at any errors.
