It's more then ten years old?
Did anyone buy JK and Mots back when they came out in 1997-8? JK is a classic that should be preserved forever.
Anyway what are your greatest memories of JK and Mots when they came out? |
I remember getting it for Christmas time in 97 and playing it for hours
and the game is preserved over at IGZ ;) lots and lots of memories playing this game |
When did you think was the best year for DF2 and MotS?
|
The year it was released, it was so new and fresh and fun :)
Anyway, the title of this thread reminds me of the spot in Grosse Pointe Blank when Jeremy Piven's character is freaking out about how long it's been since he had last seen Cusack's character. |

The day it was released, I got a telephone call by the guy that owned the game shop that I ordered it from; I jumped on my bike and possibly set a personal speed record getting there. That game shop is long gone, but JK remains and is revisited from time to time. Too bad I can't get psyched over a game like that anymore. |
Same here. They don't make game play like this any more. I've spent a good year in total hours playing this thing online on the Zone if anyone remembers that. I remember when I picked up MOTS and was "wow" "ooooo" at the addition of colored lighting. I do prefer MOTS though over JK and it's mostly MOTS I spent all those hours.
