how to model
 
I've been looking and have yet to find a good tutorial on modeling, could someone give me a good tutorial please...and what programs can I use to model, thanks for any help :)

You need a software that has md3 support if you want to create objects or weapons. Gmax was commonly used but i think it doesnt exist anymore (or at least no new versions are released). So technically you could model in any package, you just need to get your file into .md3 in the end.

For player models: XSI or Max 4 to 8, nothing else.
