Old game/new computer
I am trying to play an older pc game on my laptop. I originally got the game for my desktop (which runs well). I have installed the game onto my laptop but when in game most of the screen texture is purple. I was wondering if some one could help me?

Here is a photo that shows what I am talking about:
I used to have one of those lappies.. specs are fine for that game, xp/win98 compatibility is the key
first, and easiest thing to try is win98 compatibilty mode
r.click the program icon>compatibility tab>select win98
Download the 1.2 Patch. It usually fixes the pink screen bug.
Thanks I have tried both and now have a new problem. After starting the game and exiting the story intro, a window pops up titled 'Failure' List index out of bounds (255). Any ideas?
Could you copy/paste the exact error message? Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v will grab and dump what is in an error window.
