Got a cool link to share? Post 'em here.

Hieroglyphs.net should keep you busy for a bit, with the ability to compose simple hieroglyphic sentences, write your name as if you were Pharaoh (with suitable epithets attached), and to write out hieroglyphs (for those who can already read the language) and a dictionary, it's well worth having a look at.

The Perseus Project is the place to go online for stuff to do with the classical world; their latin and greek lexica are very useful.

Last.fm should keep any audiophile busy for a few days.

Dragon Cave is pretty cool, it's where I got the dragons in my Sig from.

And for InSidious, Mythweb is a good Greek mythology source, if childish.

A few of my favorites:

Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata

The CIA World Factbook- most excellent for getting political information, such as the legal system of one country, their major imports, exports, etc.

A Metric Conversion site that allows one to convert any (American) unit of measurement to the Metric system, and vice versa. Pretty self-explanatory. :p

Those are a few of the ones I keep in my browser (the one above tabs) for quick access. Use them wisely, Ahtonauts! o_Q

Tweak Guides, a great source for configuring applications, and more specifically games, to run better on your computer. Provides various guides for overclocking, driver installation, etc.

A tour of one of my favorite sites I visited in Mexico, Chichen Itza.

Fighting Jack Churchill

A remarkable true story about a very remarkable man. It's a favourite of mine, and made him a personal hero.

Here's a cool sight for people that like German tanks and other tanks of the like. http://www.achtungpanzer.com/achtung-panzer-home Here it is!

This is just for those who like looking up historical tanks from the Axis side of WW2. There are many other sights as well for Allied tanks as well...:D I like Panzers:)

Dr. Wicked's Write or Die - A supreme tool for forcing yourself to write whatever that needs to be written in a given amount of time. Easy mode will throw balloons at you, Normal mode plays annoying music (which is not necessarily very annoying, since I got Bananaphone once and never typed a word again), Extreme mode starts deleting what you've written.

EtherPad - Online collaboration tool with real-time editing and chat, very useful for collaborating on a document. People here may find it useful in writing collaborative fanfics, or beta-reading, etc. Doesn't have a lot of formatting options etc. It's just for writing on the fly, and nothing else.

Songza - A previously more awesome song-search-listen site that leeches off YouTube, Skreemr(sp?) and now some other music site as well. Generally a great place to listen to a song.
