Running very very slow on a decent machine

Hello there. I am trying to run psychonauts on my computer. I am getting ridiculously bad framerate issues.

These are my specs
Dell Inspiron 530
Nvidia Geforce Fx 5200
Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 2.00 GHz
3 Gigs ram
