KOTOR Best of PC Version
 

Hi everyone. I'm almost certain my question has been asked before, but I haven't been able to locate it using the Search feature. (Maybe I'm using the wrong keywords.) :xp:

Anyways, I'm planning to buy another copy of K1 for a younger friend who's interested in RPGs, and the version of K1 in the Best of PC bundle looks most attractive. However, I recall reading somewhere that the game either doesn't install properly or can't be patched automatically. Should I get it anyways or simply find a used copy of K1 that is sold separately?

Get Best of PC, I have it and all installs worked fine for me. I haven't downloaded any patches...

The KOTOR 1 Best of PC version installs with version 1.03 no need to patch :)

EDIT: If you do install a patch, the game will not work. Just a warning!
