So how did Shaak Ti exactly died?

SW01 05-11-2009 10:14 AM

Well, number three is the only one that has properly entered canon, as the first was cut from Episode III, and so was the second.

There's a little bit on the conflict on the Wookieepedia article, and also mention of the TFU scene being her canon death. ;)

So her real death was on Felucia........strange
Oh and by the way I know the first two scenes were deleted but I had to ask...:)

What's funny is in the first LEGO Star Wars and The Complete Saga, it shows a hologram of Anakin killing her.

Yeah I know I played it too:) I think they just wanted to tell the player that Anakin killed jedi and they picked a random one to kill: Shaak Ti.

This one is canon. Well, at least I always thought so.

Te Je'karta Mand'alor 08-10-2009 07:58 PM

that's a very confusing topic... the jedi purge has many versions of jedi deaths

purifier 08-10-2009 09:46 PM

Yeah, it would be nice if the writers were to be consistent with the stories concerning the Jedi Purge. Many versions about it are confusing, I guess they don't take that into consideration for the reader.

personaly, i always liked the grevious version

This is Cannon:

Deleted scenes are non-canon. Shaak Ti's death at the hands of Galen Marek has been canonized.http://www.lucasforums.com/picture.p...pictureid=4150

Mandalore The Shadow 08-27-2009 06:49 PM

By George Lucas?

Trench 08-27-2009 06:55 PM

I'm not sure, but it has been canonized. I think it was in one of those "official" guides.

Mandalore The Shadow 08-27-2009 06:56 PM

It's not cannon unless cannonized by George Lucas himself

Trench 08-27-2009 07:04 PM

It is C-canon, and is canonized unless George Lucas says otherwise.

Astor 08-27-2009 07:06 PM

Deleted scenes are not canon. The death depicted in The Force Unleashed is considered as her official death.

Mandalore The Shadow 08-27-2009 07:15 PM

It dosen't seem right but if you guys say so I succumb I guess you are right.

Demongo 08-27-2009 09:17 PM

I'm suprised you guys are still talking about this............

While I really liked the way she died on the Invisible Hand. I'd actually love to see George put back Shaak Ti's death at the hand's of Skywalker for the big Ultimate set. Which would be great for the picture.

I know she's in the video game , but I'm sure they can find someway around that , as the movies are what's most important and cannon changes all the time , not too mention George has never said anything official.
