New tags for Holowan

Would you guys mind adding a few tags to holowan?
[TSL WIP]
[KotOR WIP]

It would mean changing the tags when the threads are moved from the WIP section to the release section. If they're in the WIP section, they're WIP by default already, too. :)

We don't really use that system any more Jae, WIP's just stay in Holowan, and a new release thread is created in TUCE...
