Are you satisfied with space combat?

Are you excited for space combat in The Old Republic? Are you disappointed by it? Better than nothing?

P.S. if anyone has future poll ideas, feel free to PM me or another moderator!

Other, i.e. I have no clue.

On one hand, I was hoping for deep space dicking around, but on the other hand I was never planning to use it as more than a diversion, so it affects me less than people who were looking for the next XWA.

Yea looks good, not too bothered TBH... I'd rather space battles play out cinematically than have to try and roleplay ourselves some fun.

A lot of people on the tOR forums are saying "Yea but SWG space was expansive and awesome"... Yea, but there were 6 players in a 100 lightyears of each other.

Over all, pleased and not that bothered at the same time :)

I was hoping for more tbh...and I didn't care for their explanation of why they chose to go the route they've gone either.

Glad but a bit disappointed. Well, it should be nice to take a break from all the roleplaying. Time will tell.

I am trying to remain optimistic that they will add free flight later :) I really enjoyed that aspect of SWG.

Its just a mini-game like shooting the turret in KotOR. it would be cool to have free flight but I'm not that bothered TBH.

It looks O.k., but I expected more, especially from BioWare. Doesn't bother me too much though.

I'm O.K. with it but I prefer land combat even more.

the_raven 05-27-2013 09:34 AM

well, it's a bit linear, but I still like it
