A little article on the game.

The game had a couple trailers for E3, it seems pretty promising. Not very graphically interesting but the story itself seems promising. North Korea becomes a super power, taking over a good part of the world forcing North America to fight on it's home land after being occupied.

Homefront: Because Modern Warfare 2's Russian Invasion Wasn't Crazy Enough

Been looking at this game for a few months now. It doesn't really stand out or anything, so I'm not too interested in it at the moment, but you never know when those surprise hits come out.

I don't really know what to think about this one....doesn't look particularily fantastic in comparison to other games coming out....I'd have to say the most interesting aspect is its story (@Sabretooth, as if Russians weren't crazy enough indeed :D ) could be good though, we shall see...

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 had Russians invading through Alaska I believe. It's been a while since that game was beaten and placed back into the system.

And I agree that the story is what caught my attention initially. But a good story isn't much if the game play doesn't compare to it.

While the idea of North Korea invading the US is laughable for a number of reasons, if the gameplay is good, I'll look out for it. Makes me think of 'Red Dawn' kinda.

Here's an interesting preview for the game that I was reading at work a while ago.
