How do you properly pronounce "Chiss"?...
 

I'd like to know how to properly pronounce "CHISS" - One of my friends insists that it's "Chris" & I said "... but there's no 'R' in Chiss!" and he goes "Well, I don't know. That's just how you pronounce it." lol

Needless to say.. I'd like to know if you are supposed to pronounce it

"Kiss"
"Chiss"
"Kees"
"Chees"
"Hiss"
"Hees"

or... "Chris"

I think that was all the various ways you could say it.. LoL Someone help settle the debate!

C + Hiss, that's how all the audiobook narrators pronounce it.

I thought it was pronounced "tʃɪs" using IPA keys.

I think it is said like you say "chalk" or church the "ch" Chiss. :D
