Force unleashed II pc slow gameplay fix?
 

Is there a 60 fps unlocker that's safe to download. Or a fix for the game. Here is what my system looks like:

Model: Aspire X3910
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5800 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
System type: 64 bit operating system

Not sure what all that means or if it has anything to do with the slow motion gameplay on the game lol but it's really laggy and slow and how can i run it just as smooth or almost as smooth as the console version?

Forget the slow gameplay part I just need a better framerate! the game speed looks about right, however, it skips around a lot and i can tell the framerate is way low. i've heard about a 60fps unlocker, but where is a safe place to get it and also how do i use it

Put the .exe on you game directory and run it.

Yeah that didnt really help at all lol any suggestions?
