Did anyone besides me notice that the new ads are covering up the New Thread button? I had to go into a thread to start a new one. Just thought I'd mention it.

Yeah, they sometimes move over and cover buttons and parts of the threads. Weird.

Ads suck...I like it better when there were none.

Well I imagine everyone did; but there's nothing we can do except send money to Chris so we won't need them. ;)

I don't mind a few ads per se, but animated ads (in particular the ones from the SF Book club) are annoying and make me want to smack someone (in particular, whoever wrote the ad, which I know was not you guys).



I've half a mind to tell the SFBC (of which I was a longtime member back in the late 80s and early 90s) that their ad alone makes me want to not only never consider re-joining them, but tell all my friends, family, and co-workers never, ever to order anything from them. :mad:
