Multiplayer Server with Dismemberment enabled.
 

I found a server while using The All-Seeing Eye that has Dismemberment enabled, No need to type any commands, Once you go in and use your saber, At some point when the player is about to die, A part of there body dismembers, Check it out, this server is a 24/7 one and right now is the only one with Dismemberment, Its a Saber only server.
