Easy Fixes

Hey guys...... for a patch how about ( raven or community can make this )

ghoul2 always on

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ( thanks to dr shaft )

MAKE THE DAMAGES FOR HEAVY/MED/LIGHT ABOUT 50/70/90 !!!!
THE REASON FOR CHANGING STANCES SHOULD BE ABOUT DEFENSES BEING KNOCKED DOWN!!! NOT DAMAGE!!!! think about it.... with a saber in real life it dont matter how hard you swing! its just where you hit...... cmon guys

now was that so hard? no nerfing is required and so if peeps wanna backstab fine, but it will be blocked by a skilled player and then they will die

I think a patch will be out around the time Episode 7 starts filming...

I think everyone’s best bet is to look to the mod community for the changes we want.

Raven is not going to release a patch for a ghoul2 setting a server admin can set himself.

As for the saber damage, I agree it is pretty weak, but being realistic, a software company is going to look at that as a "personal opinion some players have".

Something like no GeForce cards working with a game version will warrant a patch. A powerful commonly used move does not. If this were true id software would have removed the rocket launcher from every version of Quake released.

Or try cope with 1.03

Ready Wan 06-11-2002 09:20 PM

coping with 1.03 isnt an option.
I've gone back to 1.02 (for the 2nd time) and its FUN!

It's LAN only games for me now, with perhaps an occasional online match on a 1.02 server.

Going back to 1.02 is pathetic because it shows you don't have what it takes for what goes on in reality no matter how "fun" you might consider it to be...

That's only my opinion btw.....
