when are more ranks available?

I don't remember when I got the "title" of Jedi Knight... is it so many post or days?

Is it even possible to go higher?

Well from what I understand, somebody with a lot of time, patience, and skill would have to use some kind of UBB hack to allow more ranks than the four already allowed.

All we can change without going to all that trouble (and risk) is to change the names or number of posts required for member status.

Basically it's like this:

Forum users:

Junior Member (Jedi Apprentice) = under 10 posts

Member (Jedi Knight) = 10 posts or more

Forum leaders:

Moderator (Jedi Master) = appointed by staff

Administrator (Jedi Council) = appointed by staff, or site owner(s)

At www.obi-wankenobi.net , the ranks are:

Jr Member: Slave
Member: Republic Citizen
Mod: Senator
Admin: Chancellor

And you need 30 posts to reach member status.
