target individual componets on ISDs?
 

I need to know how to take down ISDs and other star ships really quick. On the internet strategy guides they say to target the shields, but I dont know how to target an individual componet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't necessarily have to target the componets, just keep dumping laser fire into the shield generators.
