How the heck do I get the crystals for the levitation tool?

Sorry, should have been clearer.

I've just got Azerim's part and need to do something about the snake (Quetzalcoatl).

The reading seems to suggest I need the blue crystals to make Azerim's part work, but I don't see a way of getting them.

Go just below one of the crystals, pull Azerim's part and hit the Action key. You won't be able to pick up the crystals, though.
