Avatars!

I don't know if this is the right place to ask for this!

But which program should I use, if I want to make a moving avatar?

The 'moving avatars' are animated gif's... you can use Adobe ImageReady...

I heard some people mention Animation Shop Pro. I'd use Macromedia Flash MX

I use Animation Shop for all my animated avatars.

Hekx 04-05-2003 08:32 AM

Animation Shop 3 works well.
Although animated avatars aren't my thing. :p

UnFREEz is a freeware animated GIF maker. You have to put seperate GIF images frames in, and whoosh, it's done. ;)

UnFreez makes bigger file sizes than Animation Shop does. So I would recommend Animation Shop.

UnFreez is also a great program though as Hekx stated.:)

Jedi Apprentice once had an avatar from Episode I. How do you make an avatar, with a short scene from a movie?

Well, you have to use a program to remove the screens out of the clip then you put the screens into an animation program, resize it, crop it, save it, then boom!

You have an animated avatar. :D
