Help with Decimator Scenario
 

I am fairly new to GB and am having trouble with the Decimator level of the first CC scenario. Tann can't convert the Decimator because I can't research Jedi Concentration (doesn't give me the option) and I can't make Jedi Masters. Plus, my other units keep destroying the Decimator.

A few hints would be appreciated.
