Well, you have to understand that image sigs are completely useless and gay, much moreso than, say, voting on which Star War's hunk's ass is the hottest.
They break some forums and usually look like ass. It's not about roots. A good community is established by what you say, not by the shirt you wear with your name contrasting terribly blendily with the lens flare you shoved on it and a picture of, I dunno, some guys from Homestar Runner or some ****ty sitcom. Or the Matrix, just so you can make damn sure that if someone you know in real life finds out that you post here, they can rest assured that you deserved today's punch to the nose.
