is true. But let's say your given name was Halatosis Lyke SkunkButt. Kinda of a stinky name, huh (no pun intended :P)? It wouldn't change you internally, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't mind changing your name to something like Alan Smith or Fred Connors.
