Run this way, and after you get to the end, wait until the rancor almost gets you, the door unlocks, go through.
Run all the way to the end of this section.
Use the console to the left.
The rancor busts down the boxes, letting you through. Go straight and you'll see a door and a console.
Use the console, and then go inside the door to your right.
Kill the Dark Jedi, and then use the console in this room for end level.
