I don't see it using the standard Gamespy ports either, but I couldn't get it to work without them.

Try these and tweak to your liking:

3500 - 3783 TCP/UDP
6500 - 6515 TCP/UDP
6667 TCP/UDP
13139 TCP/UDP
27900 - 29920 TCP/UDP
