The Great Helms: They also limit the amount of air you can intake. A benefit is that they provide very good head portection.
However, BD your assuming that the great helms are the exact same as those used in the medieval ages. Wron. For a civilization as advanced as the Aesir do your really think they would not modify/add to the helms to overcome this limitations. For instance an internal com system, sensors etc.
