Economical systems might be possible to an extent but since they stated that it would be simple, I doubt we'll get anything like this.
Besides, it makes sense if you're creating your civ from scratch but a Rebel Dictatorship and an Imperial Democracy sounds too weird.
Oh by the way, monarchy doesn't exactly equal dictatorship. Constitutionnal monarchy does exist.
