thats easy, just pop a tall dude in the suit, make him point menacingly in most scenes, with perhaps the occasional saber duel.... there are plenty of soundalikes... One was used in ESB SE in fact. There is also a guy called Ben Fletcher who is a legendary Vader in the fanfilm world(good saberising too) see fanfilm "Knightquest" for him in action
