By the way, in previous forgotten Star Wars games, like ya know say the 3 Rogue Squadron games, Battle For Naboo, the X-Wing trilogy and XvT, shields blocked projectiles and lasers. I find it rather arrogant of this new game to ignore 10 yrs of history.
