I think it's interesting to note that Creationism and science are not opposing forces. They can, and do, coexist quite peacefully for some - even the account of Creation in Genesis is remarkably similar to the Big Bang theory; so similar, in fact, that it might well be taken as an account of the Big Bang from an ignorant observer. Science cares very little about God; it has no reason to. Religion should care very much about science; you can only know God through his word and works, right? If science isn't something we were meant to use in that endeavor then I must be seriously mistaken.
