Why should arena files not load on the server if bot_enable is off?

Open up these 2 files: g_bot.c, g_main.c

First make G_LoadArenas not static.

Then extern G_LoadArenas above G_InitGame in g_main.c.

Then change this if statement (G_InitGame):
